From 1996 to 2000, Philip served as a diplomat in Moscow, focusing on direct investments. He is highly motivated to find creative solutions to various conflicts. 

Philip Corsano – Partner

Philip Corsano is a professional mediator, former trade negotiator and an Associate of the Civil Mediation Council. He holds an MBA from the London Business School and postgrad from Stanford University was called to the Bar in England & Wales. His undergraduate law degree is from the University of London, where he obtained an LLB and later an LLM in Maritime and Banking Law. Philip was an executive director at a premier Merchant Bank before being called to the Bar in 2024. He is a resident expert in business mediation.

Additionally, he is a qualified Marine Surveyor with the International Institute of Marine Surveying.

Mark Evans – Forensic Accountant

Mark Evans is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years of experience in both professional practice at PwC and various commercial enterprises, as well as global public organisations like the United Nations. Mark has worked with global and national businesses in many sectors, including Akzo Nobel and the UN Food & Agriculture Organisation during the Iraq Sanctions. He has advanced knowledge and business tools in ESG, improved business performance, and business growth, often aligned with enhancing effective Internal Control and Risk Management.

His expertise is invaluable in verifying the realities of reported financials in shareholder and creditor disputes.

Marlou Cornelissen – International Consensus Building Consultant

Marlou Cornelissen is a social entrepreneur who has launched nonprofit organisations (NPOs), a social enterprise, and a consultancy business. As a driven, straightforward person with a deep passion for social justice, she emphasizes possibilities rather than limitations in finding mediated solutions. With strong communication skills, she has spoken at the United Nations HQ, the House of Parliament (UK), the Vatican, and many other venues in over 20 countries.
